Game Reporting Requirements
Who? What? Why?
All MATCH penalties; All GAME MISCONDUCT penalties; All MAJOR penalties that fall under Rule 411 - Progressive Suspensions; All special or unusual situations that require action by an authority.
Please also be sure to email the WOHRA Board: board@wohra.org
Step 1: Log into your Account and click on "My Profile"
Step 2: Click on "Officiating Information"
On the top/left side of your screen
Step 3: Click on the link "Submit an Incident Report"
Located about one-third of the down your screen under your Profile info
Step 4: Click on the "Report Incident" Button
Bright green button on the top of your screen
Step 5: Complete the Form
After you have completely filled out the form click on "Submit Report." Again, be sure to email the Board and cc your partner.
